Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the customer has a legal period of 14 consecutive days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, without the need to provide any reason.
For an item to be eligible for return or exchange, it must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with no signs of wear or washing, with the original tags intact, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be provided.

Returns must always be requested in advance. Items sent without prior contact or authorization will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with the conditions described above.
Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.
Damages and Issues
We recommend that you inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the ordered product, you must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt so that we can assess the situation and take appropriate corrective action. In these cases, all costs will be borne by the store.
Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of the products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Underwear
- Bikinis or swimsuits when the hygiene seal has been removed
- Personalized items
- Items identified in the product description as not eligible for return or exchange
If you have any doubts regarding the eligibility of a specific item, we recommend that you contact us before making a purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed manually. The customer may exchange an item for another of equal or higher value. If the new item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid before the new product is shipped. Exchanges for items of lower value are not carried out.
European Union 14-Day Cancellation Period
If the order is shipped to the European Union, the customer has the right to cancel or return the order within 14 consecutive days, for any reason and without providing justification. The item must comply with the conditions previously described: unused, with tags intact, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days after confirmation of the return.
The refund applies only to the value of the item(s) and does not include shipping costs. Please note that the time required for the amount to become available may depend on the bank or payment method provider used.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved, the customer should contact us using the contact details indicated above.
