These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.limalimaoforwoman.pt and all commercial transactions carried out between Lima Limão for Woman and the final customer (consumer) within the scope of the online sale of fashion products.

By browsing the website or placing an order, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy, which form an integral part of the contract.

The user undertakes to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access details and for all activities carried out through it.

Lima Limão for Woman reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts whenever improper, fraudulent, or unlawful use is detected.

Lima Limão for Woman makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information are presented as accurately as possible. However, colors or the appearance of items may vary depending on the device or screen used.

Lima Limão for Woman reserves the right to change available products, prices, descriptions, or promotions at any time, without prejudice to orders already confirmed.

5. ORDERS AND FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

The submission of an order constitutes a purchase offer. The sales contract is only deemed to be concluded after order confirmation and validation of the respective payment.

Lima Limão for Woman reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, namely in cases of manifest pricing errors, stock shortages, payment failure, or indications of abusive or fraudulent use.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices shown include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are presented to the customer before the order is finalized.

Payment must be made using the methods made available at the online store checkout.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Lima Limão for Woman ships to Portugal and the European Union.

Delivery times provided are indicative only. Lima Limão for Woman is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers or external factors beyond its control.

In accordance with the legislation applicable to distance contracts, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer only at the moment when the consumer, or a third party indicated by them (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the products.

8. EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The conditions applicable to exchanges, returns, and refunds are detailed in the store’s Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy.

Under Portuguese and European legislation, the consumer has a period of 14 consecutive days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any reason, except for legally provided exceptions.

9. LEGAL WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY

The products sold by Lima Limão for Woman benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in the applicable legislation, namely Decree-Law No. 84/2021, when applicable to the type of goods.

This warranty does not affect any additional rights granted to the consumer by law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, design, and other elements, is the property of Lima Limão for Woman or the respective rights holders and is protected by copyright and industrial property rights.

The reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

11. LIABILITY

Lima Limão for Woman shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the website, temporary service interruptions, technical failures, or delays attributable to third parties, without prejudice to the rights legally granted to consumers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights provided for under consumer protection legislation.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

Without prejudice to consumer rights, any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the judicial courts of the district of Porto.

15. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Lima Limão for Woman reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes shall enter into force upon their publication on the website.
