Shipping policy

1. SCOPE

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the website www.limalimaoforwoman.pt, operated by Daniela Sofia Vinha Santos Martins, with deliveries to Portugal and the European Union.

By placing an order, the customer accepts the conditions described in this Policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions and the Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy.

2. DELIVERY METHODS

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Home delivery
  • In-store pickup (free of charge)

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship to Portugal and the European Union.

At this time, we do not ship to countries outside the European Union.

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is available exclusively to customers who select this option at checkout.

4. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. DELIVERY AND PICKUP TIMES (ESTIMATED)

After order processing, the estimated times are as follows:

Home delivery

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 business days
  • European Union: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country

In-store pickup

The customer will be notified by email or another contact method when the order is available for in-store pickup.

Pickup must be made within 7 business days after notification.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

Portugal

  • Orders with a value of up to €100: €5 shipping fee
  • Orders with a value equal to or greater than €100: free shipping

The order value considered corresponds to the final value of the products, after the application of discounts and promotional campaigns, and before shipping costs are applied, unless expressly stated otherwise.

European Union

For shipments to countries within the European Union, a shipping fee of €10 applies, regardless of the order value.

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is free of charge, regardless of the order value.

7. CARRIERS

Home delivery orders are shipped via GLS or CTT.

8. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Home delivery

In accordance with the legislation applicable to distance contracts, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer only when the consumer, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the products.

If the order shows visible damage at the time of delivery, the customer should refuse the delivery or report the issue to the carrier and contact Lima Limão for Woman within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt.

In-store pickup

In the case of in-store pickup, the risk is transferred to the customer at the moment they take physical possession of the products at the pickup location.

9. INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR FAILURE TO COLLECT

Incorrect addresses

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct and complete. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Failure to collect in-store

If the customer does not collect the order within the indicated period, Lima Limão for Woman reserves the right to contact the customer to reschedule or to cancel the order, in accordance with the Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy.

10. FEES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

For shipments within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

If the legislation of the destination country imposes unforeseen additional charges, these shall be the responsibility of the customer.
